T. Graham Brown

Brown returns to the roots of both country and rock music with a mix of blues, rockabilly, and soul that gets straight to the heart of Southern music.
Veteran singer/songwriter T. Graham Brown performs in Tupelo on Saturday, October 28, 2006. Perhaps best known as the face and voice of Taco Bell's "Run for the Border" commercials, Brown started out singing beach music in the 1970s. He moved on to R&B before having his first number one hit in 1986 with the country single "Hell or High Water". He then recorded another 12 Top Ten hits and won a Country Music Association Award. In 1998, T. Graham Brown's single "Wine Into Water" went to the top of the Christian Country Music chart and was awarded the number one independent music video of the year. The Chicago Tribune calls his style, "adult country music, made by a grownup for other grownups."
T. Graham Brown will be playing at Good Time Charlie's (662-841-1414) on Eason across from the Outlet Mall in Tupelo on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $15.
